Description Tangy Egg Curry Recipe.
This dish is my mom's recipe. Some days if you feel bored of cooking or if you have other household job or an unexpected visitor during your lunch time then u can go for this recipe. It is very easy to prepare and it is a very tasty dish too. This goes well with rice and chappathis.

#Â 4 Eggs
#Â 3 medium size Tomatoes
#Â 2 chopped Onions
#Â 1/4 cup Green peas
#Â 5 Cloves
#Â 1 inch Cinnamon stick
#Â 2 Cardamom
#Â 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
#Â 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
#Â 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
#Â 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
#Â 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
#Â 1/2 Cilantro
#Â Salt to taste
#Â 2 tbsp Oil
#Â 3 medium size Tomatoes
#Â 2 chopped Onions
#Â 1/4 cup Green peas
#Â 5 Cloves
#Â 1 inch Cinnamon stick
#Â 2 Cardamom
#Â 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
#Â 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
#Â 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
#Â 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
#Â 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

Methods/steps
- Heat oil. Add cloves cardomon and cinnamon stick. Then add cumin seeds.
- Add onions saute until they turn transparent.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and chilly powder. Mix well and cover with lid.
- Remove lid after 2 minutes and smash tomatoes.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala powder and green peas.
- Cover and cook until green peas become tender.
- Break eggs into the above mixture.
- Do not stir or shake the yolks and whites. Let them remain as it is.
- Reduce the flame and cover with lid.
- The eggs will cook thoroughly in about 10 minutes.
- Remove and Garnish with Cilantro.
Additional Tips
You can also add other vegetable like potato and carrots if you wish. If u wish for more hot and spicy and tangy then u can add more chilli powder and squeeze some lemon juice.
