#Â 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
#Â 1/4 cup finely chopped french beans
#Â 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
#Â 1/4 cup peas
#Â 1 cup tomato
#Â 1/4 tsp cumin powder
#Â 1 tsp Pepper
# 4 cups  stock
#Â Salt to taste
INGREDIENT FOR MEAT BALLS
#Â 1/4 kg minced meat
#Â 1 egg, beatenÂ
# 1/4 tsp finely chopped garlicÂ
#Â 3 tbsp finely chopped onion
#Â 1/4 tsp pepper powder
#Â 1/2 cup bread crumbs
#Â Salt to taste
#Â 2 tbsp cornflour
#Â Oil to deep fry meatballs
Methods/steps
- Mix all the ingredients of meatballs.
- Make small balls.
- Fry them in oil till golden brown.
- Deep fry or shallow fry till balls are golden brown.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Bring the stock to boil.
- Add all the given in ingredients for soup and let it cook for 20 mins.
- Add meatballs and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with pepper.
