*  2 cups chopped Sarson (Mustard Leaves)
*  2 cups chopped Spinach
*  1/2 cup freshly chopped Fenugreek
*  1/2 cup chopped Cabbage
*  1 tbsp butter
*  4 pureed Tomatoes
*  2 tbsp Maize flour
*  2 medium Onions chopped
*  3 tbsp Ghee
*  2 tsp Ginger paste
*  2 tsp Garlin paste
*  2 tsp Chilli paste
*  6 cups water
*  Pinch of Asafoetida
*  1 tsp Salt - add to taste
*  1tsp Punjabi Masala or Garam Masala for topping
Methods/steps
  1. Mix all chopped vegetables, salt, butter, asafoetida, chili and ginger paste with 6 cups of water and pressure cook for 5 whistles.
  2. Liquidize and mix well with 2 tbsp Maize flour.
  3. Heat ghee and saute oinions until light brown.
  4. Add garlic, tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the liquidized mixture and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle garam masal on top.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped Coriander.
Additional Tips
Notes: Serve Sarson Da Saag while it is hot with Chapati or Makkai ki Roti. Have some Lassi to cool those taste buds.
