6 to 8 Bun ( Pav )
2 Medium sized Onions finely chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
1 to 2 Potatoes
1 Carrot peeled and chopped
1/2 cup Cabbage chopped
1/2 cup Cauliflower chopped
1/4 cup Green peas
5 tsp Butter
2 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
2 to 3 tsp chopped Coriander leaves
Fresh lemon juice (optional)
Salt - Add to taste

Methods/steps
*   Steam cook the potatoes, then peel and mash it. Keep it aside.
*   In a vessel add the carrots, peas, cauliflower, cabbage together and add water and steam cook it.
*   Then mash it roughtly. Do not make it into paste.
*   Take a pan, add oil and add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
*   Then add the ginger and garlic paste, pav bhaji masala and turmeric powder.
*   Mix well and fry for new more mins.
*   Add the tomatoes and fry for few mins.
*   Now add the mashed potatoes and the vegetables to the onion.
*   Mix well, add 1 tsp of butter and salt to taste and mix well.
*   Cook for another 5 mins.
*   Add the chopped coriander leaves and keep the bhaji aside in a bowl.
*   Then cut all the Buns (pav) into two.
*   Take another flat pan heat it and add 1 tsp butter.
*   Now rub the buns not more than 1/2 mins.
*   Serve the Pav with the Bhaji.
*   You can also add some fresh lemon juice and finely chopped onions on the bhaji.
Additional Tips
Though in this pav bhaji masala recipe we have used ginger and garlic paste, we do recommend using fresh ingredients wherever possible. You can also add fresh green chillies to the pav bhaji if you like it hot :-).
