* 1/2 kg washed fresh Spinach (palak)
* 100 gm Paneer - cut into tiny cubes
* 1 Onion - finely chopped
* 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
* 3/4 tsp Ginger-garlic paste or powder
* 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste or powder
* 3 tbsp Butter
* 2-3 Bay Leaves
* 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
* 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
* Vegetable oil
* Add Salt to taste
* 100 gm Paneer - cut into tiny cubes
* 1 Onion - finely chopped

* 3 tbsp Butter
* 2-3 Bay Leaves

* Add Salt to taste
Methods/steps
- Clean and wash palak (spinach) nicely.
- Boil the spinach in water and cool it.
- Now crush it in a mixer.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger-garlic and chilli paste and stir-fry for a minute.
- Now add onions and fry them till they turn golden brown.
- Add all spices.
- Now add the spinach (palak) and little water if needed and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Cut paneer into pieces.
- Fry the Paneer till golden brown in a seperate pan.
- Add Paneer pieces to the gravy and cook until done.
- Just before serving, add some butter or cream on top of the palak paneer curry.
Additional Tips
