Ingredients
* 1kg Mutton
* 8 tbsp Raddish (Muli) paste
* 4 tbsp Onion paste
* 4 tbsp Tomato paste
* 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
* 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - cardamom (elaichi),cinnamon (dalchini), and cloves (lobongo or laung)
* 2 cups Mustard oil
* Red chilli powder - as per taste
* Salt - as per taste
* 8 tbsp Raddish (Muli) paste
* 4 tbsp Onion paste
* 4 tbsp Tomato paste
* 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
* 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - cardamom (elaichi),cinnamon (dalchini), and cloves (lobongo or laung)
* 2 cups Mustard oil
* Red chilli powder - as per taste
* Salt - as per taste
Methods/steps
- Boil mutton with salt and set aside.
- Heat oil and add muli (raddish) paste.
- Do not add water, as raddish itself releases water.After the gravy reduces, add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and tomato paste.
- After sufficient stirring, when a nice smell of the masalas come, add the mutton pieces.
- Add red chilli powder, salt and garam masalas.
Additional Tips
I can't wait to try out this recipe for Muli Mutton. I will probably make some Roti and Plain Boiled Rice to enjoy the mutton curry.

Enjoyed it and must say its different from other such recipes. I love muli so to use it with mutton is just too weird but wonderful.
