I'm sharing this recipe with all of you. My mom cooks this dish very well and she insisted me to put it on the net for you all to relish it as well.

*  1kg Mutton
*  8 tbsp Raddish (Muli) paste
*  4 tbsp Onion paste
*  4 tbsp Tomato paste
*  1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
*  1 tbsp Garam masala powder - cardamom (elaichi),cinnamon (dalchini), and cloves (lobongo or laung)
*  2 cups Mustard oil
*  Red chilli powder - as per taste
*  Salt - as per taste
Methods/steps
  1. Boil mutton with salt and set aside.
  2. Heat oil and add muli (raddish) paste.
  3. Do not add water, as raddish itself releases water.After the gravy reduces, add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and tomato paste.
  4. After sufficient stirring, when a nice smell of the masalas come, add the mutton pieces.
  5. Add red chilli powder, salt and garam masalas.
Additional Tips
I can't wait to try out this recipe for Muli Mutton. I will probably make some Roti and Plain Boiled Rice to enjoy the mutton curry.

Enjoyed it and must say its different from other such recipes. I love muli so to use it with mutton is just too weird but wonderful.
