Chicken Chilli Masala
Description This dish is an excellent hot thick tomato/garlic dish. Full of flavour and heat. Not a hard dish to make. It is best served with warm home-made naan bread and rice. Spent many hours perfecting this dish along with other curries I make.

If your looking for chilli masala that tastes EXACTLY like a takeaway, try this!! It's my favourite dish to cook. Its easier than it looks too.

I made this today and it pretty much tasted exactly like the Chilli Masala from my local Indian Restaurant. I only used 4 chillies when cooking it but next time I'll probably throw in a few extra.
My only criticism: the recipe is a little bit vague in places. "Cook for 20 minutes" - I took a guess and simmered it for 20 minutes. But that is just a small complaint.
